The last day consisted of basically a van ride from Salida back to Steamboat Springs. It was a pleasant friendly ride back - since we all have gotten to know each other a bit. At Steamboat, we had one last meal - and one last ice cream run - before people dispersed. That night, only Kathy, Dave, Ken, and I camped out at Steamboat. Kathy left early the next day to give Dave a ride to the airport to catch his early morning flight. Ken left early to continue on with a couple more days of road touring. I left at around 9 a.m. for my flight back to L.A.

I will now head back to Boston - back to my academic life. I am going to miss bike riding...
