All good things must come to an end, and this was to be the end of our trip. We spent most of the day driving the rest of the way back - from Kingman to LA. At UCLA, we bid each other farewell. Some of us promised to keep in touch...

I had said in our first debrief that I wanted to move beyond some of my personal boundaries on this trip. I believe I have - on numerous occassions: the scramblings, river crossings, waterfall jumpings, long hikes, the sweat lodge experience (I am heat-phobic!), the conversations I had with various people... All in all, it was an amazing trip spent with a very special group of people!
